Spent the majority of 2011-12 with Frolunda Jr. of Sweden’s junior league, notching 14 goals and 19 assists (33 points) in 47 games… Also added three goals and seven assists (10 points) in four games with Frolunda’s under-18 junior team.
CAREER
Selected by the Hurricanes in the fourth round (99th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft… Had 46 points (18g, 28a) in 76 career games with Frolunda Jr. of Sweden’s junior league entering 2012-13… Has also skated in 43 games with Frolunda’s under-18 team between 2009-2012, earning 57 points (25g, 32a)… Earned five points (2g, 3a) in six games as Sweden captured the silver medal at the 2012 U18 World Junior Championship in the Czech Republic… Also won silver with Sweden at the 2011 Ivan Hlinka Tournament and played in the 2011 World Junior A Challenge and the 2012 U-18 5 Nations Cup.
