\u2018CANIAC COMEBACK\u2019 OFFER EXTENDED THROUGH OCT. 7
Preseason individual game tickets available Thursday

RALEIGH, NC –
Matt West, Vice President of Business Operations for the Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has extended its “Caniac Comeback” offer through the team’s home opener on Oct. 7 due to overwhelming response. The special offers fans up to 36 percent off season tickets and mini-plans.

“We had a terrific response to this offer from the start,” said West. “Our sales representatives have been busy taking calls from fans who are excited about the return of hockey and what our hockey management has done to improve our team.”

For more information on season tickets and mini-plans, please call (866)-NHL-CANES or visit CarolinaHurricanes.com.

The Hurricanes also continue to offer specials for groups wishing to attend games at the RBC Center. The team’s “Home Opener” plan offers an allotment of complimentary tickets equal to the number of tickets purchased by a group for opening night. The groups will be able to redeem the complimentary tickets at one of a number of pre-selected regular-season games.

The group “Repeat Buyer” program offers the largest discount available to any group purchasing at least 20 tickets for a second game. The discount, typically reserved for groups of 150 or more, can be up to $30 (35 percent) off the gate price. Lower-level tickets are available through the “Repeat Buyer” plan for just $37 each.

Individual tickets to all Hurricanes preseason games, with the exception of the Sept. 18 contest against Florida, will go on sale to the general public on Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. at the RBC Center Box Office, online at CarolinaHurricanes.com, through all Ticketmaster outlets and by phone at (919) 834-4000. Fans in attendance at the Hurricanes’ preseason opener against the Washington Capitals on Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. can beat the rush on regular-season individual tickets with a special pre-sale for October and November home contests during the game.
