Just wanted to give everyone that doesn't subscribe to CanesConnect a heads up that today's press conference, in which the Hurricanes new alternate jersey will make it's first public appearance, can be seen live on CarolinaHurricanes.com.
You can access the conference through our video player the same way you would watch any of our CanesVision Online material. Once it gets closer to the 12:30 start time for the event, we'll have a link to the stream prominently displayed on our home page.
For those of you in the area that want to come out to the RBC Center on your lunch break and see the new jerseys in person, the event will be open to the public. Don't worry about going hungry in the afternoon either, as The Deck restauarant here in the arena will have lunch available for all to purchase. Fans attending the conference should enter through The Eye team store - doors open at noon.
Video of the press conference will be available later in the day on our site for all of you who can't come out or tune in this afternoon. We'll also have plenty of photos available.
