This Saturday there will be a big Canes presence at Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh. "Center Ice" is being moved to the main stage of Marbles, their "Global Village" just inside the main entrance of the kids museum.
Center Ice is the simulated ice hockey rink that allows kids to play on the rink in their socked feet. Center Ice also has Canes jerseys and equipment for kids to try on as well as simulate lockers of young stars Eric Staal and Cam Ward.
Members of the Eye Care Associates Storm Squad will be at Marbles from 10:30a-12:30p with Canes posters, pocket schedules and other Canes items. There will be a great hockey clinic that will run from Noon until 12:30 and Stormy will be there from 3:30 until at least 4p. Basically, if you can make it down anytime Saturday, there will be some type of Canes activity going on. We also will have some ticket giveaways and possibly some autographed items to give away to lucky attendees.
