All-Star Break: Injuries and Festivities
|Index | Archive|
Wallin might miss a few games after the break with a possible recurrence of the ankle injury he suffered earlier in the year. Those things are persistent, aren't they? Tim Gleason has been struggling with a similar problem. Of course, anyone who has ever rolled their ankle knows it's not unusual to have a setback now and then in the longer-term recovery process - both players have had them already. The break comes at a good time for Wallin.
The team was being on the safe side with Walker, who got a little banged up but actually felt OK to return in the Pittsburgh game. Don't expect him to miss any time.
