Canes Assign Levi and Rissanen to Junior Clubs

Carolina’s training camp roster cut to 44

RALEIGH, NC – Jim Rutherford, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has assigned defensemen Austin Levi (Plymouth Whalers – Ontario Hockey League) and Rasmus Rissanen (Everett Silvertips – Western Hockey League) to their respective junior clubs. The Hurricanes’ training camp roster now stands at 44 players – 26 forwards, 14 defensemen and four goaltenders. An updated training camp roster can be found here.
