For guests with special needs, accessible seating is available for all events at PNC Arena. Accessible seating is located on all floors of PNC Arena. The Rex Wheelchair Brigade will assist any guest in need of wheelchair assistance to and from their seats as well as before and after events. It is recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance in order to insure your desired seat location.

Elevators are located across from sections 128 and 111. Assisted listening devices such as headsets and receivers are available at the Guest Service across from section 127. A North Carolina identification card, credit card, or deposit is required for use. Guests who require interpreting services are asked to contact the box office three weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Advance Ticket Sales During Games
Tickets for upcoming games can be purchased at the advance ticket window located across from section 127, next to guest services. The advance ticket sales box office is open until the end of the first intermission.
Arena Club Restaurant
Located between sections 226 and 228, the arena club restaurant offers fine dining with a menu that changes nightly and always provides a vast selection. After every home game you can return to the arena club restaurant for drinks and fun. On Friday and Saturday nights live music and dancing is provided for your enjoyment. Call 919-861-6100 to make reservations.
ATM’s are located on the main concourse across from sections 111 and 127. An ATM is also located on the upper concourse across from section 334.
While it is not guaranteed, the best place to get a Hurricanes autograph is after a practice. After a practice at PNC Arena, players leave from the North Loading Dock. You may stand at the security station and ask for autographs from passing players. After practices at Raleigh Center Ice, players will leave from the exit across from Hodges Street. You may wait there and ask for autographs from passing players.
Box Office Hours
The box office is open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturdays during the season. In the summer the box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The box office is also open during all events. The box office accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted within 10 days of the event.
Budweiser Good Sport Program
The Good Sport Program is designed to encourage fans to drink responsibly while attending a Carolina Hurricanes game. The Good Sport Designated Driver Station is located at section 127, across from the Guest Services. Guests wishing to participate in the program can sign up at the booth and receive a free drink and the opportunity to win a Budweiser prize pack. Winners of the prize pack are announced during the third period and can be picked up at Guest Services.
For the safety of all individuals at PNC Arena the following items are not permitted inside the arena: weapons of any kind, chains, studded bracelets, food, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, fireworks, bottles, cans, coolers, liquid containers, video equipment, recording devices, laser pointers, aerosol cans, noise makers, backpacks, oversized bags, and camera bags. Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals. Personal still cameras are permitted. They may be used from the ticketed seat and may not be obtrusive to other guest of PNC Arena. Additional rules and regulations may be posted on PNC Arena property or may be communicated through Arena staff. Violation of PNC Arena policies or state/local laws may result in ejections, fines, and/or prosecution. In addition, violators may be barred from future events at PNC Arena. Lenovo Champions Club
For the ultimate game experience, the Lenovo Champions Club has it all. Located between sections 210 and 214, the Lenovo Champions Club is a private setting accessible to only Lenovo Champions Club ticket holders. Guests of the club enjoy an all-you-can-eat food station complete with gourmet pizza, pasta, salad and an open grill. Guests will also receive four free drink tickets redeemable for draft beer, wine or non-alcoholic drinks at the Lenovo Champions Club full bar, the Ledge bar or through in-seat service. The club also has a private lounge that is perfect for socializing before and after a game.
All children who have reached the age of 24 months are required to have a ticket for admission to PNC Arena. Children who are not 24 months of age can enter the building without a ticket and must sit in the lap of a ticket holding adult.
Kids 'N Community Foundation Kiosk
The Kids 'N Community Foundation kiosk is located across from section 129. During every home game, a silent auction is held with different pieces of Hurricanes memorabilia available for viewing and bidding. All of the proceeds raised from each auction goes towards the Kids ‘N Community Foundation.

PNC Arena honors Visa, Master Card, and American Express at the box office and concession stands.
The general time doors open is one hour before the scheduled event. However, there are some instances when doors will open early. Check the website the day of the game for updates on door opening times. Be aware that once you leave the building, you will not be allowed to reenter the building unless you are returning from a designated smoking area.
The Carolina Hurricanes pride themselves on creating a family friendly environment. Therefore, we expect our fans to behave in a respectful way to ensure everyone enjoys their time at PNC Arena. The following are unacceptable behaviors at the PNC Arena:
- Abusive or foul language or obscene gestures toward other fans or players
- Abusive or rowdy behavior
- Physical confrontations
- Throwing items onto the field of play
- Entering the field of play
- Smoking inside of the building
- Loitering or soliciting
Guests violating any of these could result in ejection or arrest. A copy of the full list of proper conduct can be found on the PNC Arena website.
Located on the main concourse at section 111, the Rex First Aid station provides guests with assistance to any medical need. Rex Healthcare also provides an in-house complimentary wheel chair service to and from your seats.
We love for you to stand and cheer; the excitement and enthusiasm is fantastic. However, we must maintain certain basic protocols. Whereas you may like to stand and cheer, others prefer to sit and cheer. Given that, fans who sit are entitled to enjoy the event from their seats without undue obstruction and annoying behavior. Many of our guests have mobility impairments and may not be able to stand as others are able to do. While rooting for the team, please be cognizant and courteous to those around you.
- If you enjoy standing throughout the game, we ask that in the future you consider purchasing tickets in the last row of the seating section in order to allow others to enjoy the game from the comfort of their seats.
- As a reminder, many families attending with their children object to vulgar and other inappropriate language. It is PNC Arena policy that such language will not be tolerated.
- As a courtesy to others, we ask guests to wait for a stoppage in play before entering or leaving your section.
- Banging on the glass and/or throwing objects on the ice is not only disruptive and dangerous to you, other fans, players and on-ice officials, but can also lead to a penalty being called on the Hurricanes. If there should be a delay in the game for repair of broken glass and/or stanchion which was caused by a fan banging on the glass or objects on the ice, then the Referees can call a minor penalty on the home team (Rule 68c. Interference by/with Spectators).

Group tickets can be purchased by calling 1-866-NHL-CANES and talking with a Hurricanes Group Sales Representative. Group benefits include a reduced rate, no ticket master service charge, and in-game recognition on the video board. Groups of 100 or more will receive two free tickets for their group leaders. Across from section 127 on the main concourse, the Guest Services booth can help you with questions, problems, or assist you in any way during a game. Lost and found items can be turned into Guest Services. A courtesy phone is also located at Guest Services for local calls.

Located between sections 226 and 228, the Ledge Lounge offers three 45” televisions and a full bar overlooking the arena floor so you will not miss any of the game. The Ledge Lounge also offers a carving cart where you are able to get hand carved sandwiches and fresh North Carolina BBQ. The Ledge Lounge is also open before and during the game to anyone sitting in the club level. After the game anyone can go to the Ledge Lounge and enjoy drinks with their friends.
Line-up cards featuring the most recent line-up and stats for both the Hurricanes and visiting team are available at all Eye locations as well as the Promotions and Fan Development Kiosk located at section 109 on the main concourse. Line-up cards are also available on the Hurricanes website before each game.
The Eye is the official store of the Carolina Hurricanes with several locations within PNC Arena. The main store is located across from section 125 at the South entrance. A jersey store is located across from section 112. Kiosks are also located on both the East and West sides of the arena on both the main and upper concourse. The Eye is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and during all home games. During the summer the Eye is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Natty Greene's Pub Deck
Natty Greene's Pub Deck is a 2000 square foot sports bar that over looks the arena complete with plasma televisions, a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, “pub style” food and wait staff table service. Natty Greene's Pub Deck is a great place to meet friends and enjoy the game. Natty Greene's Pub Deck is located on the main concourse with two entrances at sections 110 and 112. To get into Natty Greene's Pub Deck you must have a ticket in the first or second level.
The Hurricanes offer two lucky fans the opportunity to ride on the John Deere Olympia. A monthly drawing is held to find two riders for a designated game. To enter the contest fill out a form at the Promotions and Fan Development Kiosk located at section 109 on the main concourse. To ride the Olympia you must be eighteen years or older and weigh less than 250 pounds.
The parking lots often open 2-3 hours before an event. You may enter the lots from Trinity Road or Edwards Mill Road. You will not be able to enter from Edwards Mill once the paved lots surrounding PNC Arena are full, this happens around 45 minutes before the scheduled event. Practice Facilities and Schedule
Carolina Hurricanes practices are held at both PNC Arena and Raleigh Center Ice, the official practice facility of the Carolina Hurricanes, located at 912 Hodges Street. A list of practice times, dates and locations can be found here as well as the Promotions Kiosk located at section 109 on the main concourse. Check the website on the day you wish to attend, as times and locations may change.
Located between sections 101 and 107 on the west side and 116 and 122 on the east side of the main concourse, the Priority Lounge provides all the amenities you need. Concession stands, wine and beer stands and bathrooms are all convenient your seat. You must have a ticket to enter one of these sections.
There are many promotions that take place during the course of each game. All contestants are chosen randomly from the fans, so arrive early for the best chance of participating in an event.
Promotions and Fan Development Kiosk
The Promotions and Fan Development Kiosk has everything that you need to enhance your game experience. The kiosk is located at section 109 on the main concourse, and offers free posters, line-up cards and more.
“Puck in Play” Program
This program encourages fans to abide by hockey etiquette. When the puck is in play we ask that you remain in your seat and wait for a stoppage in the game before visiting a concessions stand or the bathrooms. This includes waiting at the top of your section to return to your seat if the puck is in play. Ushers are stationed at every entrance to assist you with proper timing.
99.9 The Fan is the official station of the Carolina Hurricanes. There is also a pre- and post-game show before and after every game. While inside PNC Arena you may also listen to the in-house station on 87.7.
There is a no re-entry policy at PNC Arena. There may be times when the policy is suspended as the event warrants. If an emergency arrives, contact a Guest Service Associate at the Guest Service Desk located across from section 127.
All PNC Arena guests should sit only in their assigned seat and should retain their ticket stubs to allow ushers to verify proper seat location. Seating locations within PNC Arena are for guest holding valid admission tickets.
Signs and Banners
Signs and/or banners are permitted in PNC Arena provided they meet building guidelines. Complete information on the types of signs or banners allowed inside PNC Arena can be found here.
Smoking is prohibited inside PNC Arena. There are two locations across from section 108 and 115 where an usher will allow you outside to smoke and re-enter the building when you are finished.
The Storm Squad, the Fan Development Team for the Hurricanes, helps to bring additional energy and excitement to games. Whether it is leading the crowd in a cheer or handing out temporary tattoos on the concourse, the Storm Squad helps to provide a game experience you will not forget. Stormy’s Birthday Bash
Want to celebrate your birthday with Stormy? Then sign up for Stormy’s Birthday Bash. The package includes eight tickets and one parking pass to the game of your choice. Stormy will appear with members of the Storm Squad in the designated birthday area along with cake and pizza. An in-game video board message will also coincide with the other birthdays for the evening. All payments can be made by credit card by calling (919) 861-5462 or by filling out the Birthday Bash order form and faxing it to (919) 462-7030.
Stormy Seat Visit
If you would like Stormy to make an appearance at your seat click here. For $100, Stormy will come to your seat during the game with a special birthday gift. You must reserve the date TWO days before the requested game.
The Carolina Hurricanes are known throughout the NHL as having a great pre-game tailgate. Fans are encouraged to come when parking lots open, two to three hours before the game, and enjoy the company of other Caniacs around good food and fun.
A telephone is available at the Guest Services booth adjacent to Section 127 for local phone calls.
Ticket Sales Kiosk
The two Ticket Sales Kiosks are located across from sections 128 and 114 on the main concourse. Ticket sales representatives are stationed at each location and can help you with any question regarding season tickets or mini plans.

Video Board Message
A video board message is great for any special occasion. For $30, you can have a Birthday message, or surprise for any occasion on the video board during a Carolina Hurricanes home game. For more information call (919) 861-5462.
Before each game you can watch the Hurricanes Warm-Up Skate from behind the glass to see the speed and power of NHL players. You can go to the glass between sections 108 and 115 to watch the Hurricanes warm up or sections 123 to 130 to watch the visiting team warm up.
Water fountains can be found on all three floors of PNC Arena. The can be found in the following locations
- 100 Level: between sections 101-130, 107-108, 115-116, 122-123, and in the East and West Priority Lounge
- 200 Level: At sections 211, 226, 228, and outside the restrooms at the East and West entrances.
- 300 Level: At sections 312, 316, 330, and 336
For $250, the organization will put together a special wedding proposal package. The package includes Stormy coming to your seat in a tuxedo and the video board and matrix board showing “Will you marry me?” as you ask the question. Zone for Ticket Resale
Selling or reselling tickets to an event held at PNC Arena is prohibited on the property or areas adjacent to the building. A designated ticket resale zone is located on the South end of the building on the opposite side of the roadway.
Tickets obtained from sources other than PNC Arena or other authorized agents may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and will not be honored.
