Q: How do I donate tickets to the Kids 'N Community Foundation?
The Carolina Hurricanes appreciate your interest in donating tickets to the Kids N' Community Foundation. More information can be found here. Due to the process of allocating tickets, the foundation requests that donations be made about a week in advance of the game. You can drop them off at the VIP entrance or with one of the ticket representatives at anytime. This program is also tax deductible.
Account Management
Q: What is Season Ticket Holder "account priority"?
Season Ticket Holder "account priority" is used throughout the season for such reasons as the Select-A-Seat event for Full Season Ticket and 26-Game Plan Holders, and for processing 12-Game Plan seat assignments. Opening Night Ticket request forms and playoff seat assignments for 12-Game Plan Holders, additional seats, and relocations are also based on account priority. A Season Ticket Holder's account priority is based on their ticket plan type and account creation date. Full Season Ticket Holders have top priority, followed by 26-Game Plan Holders, then 12-Game Plan Holders.
Within each ticket plan grouping, priority is determined by account creation date. Some type of ticket plan must be maintained on an account continually in order to preserve that account's original creation date, and therefore, its original account priority.
Q: What is the Caniac Account Manager?
Caniac Account Manager is a system designed to allow Season Ticket Plan Holders the opportunity to access their accounts online. Season Ticket Plan Holders can email forward their tickets, check their ticket usage, and pay invoices through Caniac Account Manager.
Q: What is my login and password for the Caniac Account Manager?
Please contact your Season Ticket Representative or call 1-866-NHL-CANES to receive your Caniac Account Manager access information.
Game Day
Q: What if I lose my ticket or do not have it on game day?
There are a couple of options available in order to retrieve your tickets. First off, it is possible to use the Caniac Account Manager online which offers the convenience of email forwarding tickets. Email your tickets to yourself or a friend, and those tickets may be conveniently printed from a personal computer. This can be done up to 2 hours before game time.
If you are a Season Ticket Plan Holder of record, and arrive at a game with the realization that you lost or forgot your ticket plan tickets, go directly to the box office with a personal photo ID, and the box office staff will be glad to reprint them.
Q: What time do the gates open before games?
Gates open one hour before the puck drops unless otherwise noted. Please check CarolinaHurricanes.com for updates.
