Ticket Voucher Program

The Carolina Hurricanes Ticket Voucher Program provides Season Ticket Holders (STHs) with the opportunity to attend additional home games or to bring more fans to games in their selected plans at no additional cost.

Your level of plan commitment and the number of seats you have purchased determines the number of additional game vouchers included with your tickets:
  • 4 complimentary ticket vouchers for each Full Season seat purchased
  • 3 complimentary ticket vouchers for each 18-Game Plan (Revised 26-Game Plan) seat purchased
  • 2 complimentary ticket vouchers for each 10-Game Plan (Revised 12-Game Plan) seat purchased
Bonus Vouchers – STHs who held their account in good standing through the work stoppage will receive two (2) Bonus Vouchers good for complimentary tickets to any of the team's first six (6) games: 1/22 vs. TB, 1/24 vs. BUF, 1/28 vs. BOS, 2/1 vs. OTT, 2/14 vs. TOR and 2/21 vs. WPG.

To redeem your vouchers:
  1. Return the completed voucher via mail or bring it to the PNC Arena Box Office.

    Redemption in person at the PNC Arena Box Office:
    Open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    Please call (919) 861-2323 for more information regarding box office hours.

  2. Prior to redemption, please list your regular season home game selections in order of preference on the reverse side of each game voucher. If your original date choice is not available and you do not list alternate choices, the box office will fill your order with the next game date available. Any vouchers received by mail within 10 business days of the first selected game date will be left at will call under the primary account holder’s name. All other requests for game tickets will be returned to the address on file via regular mail. For your convenience, representatitves at the STH kiosk across from section 113 can also assist you with voucher redemptions during home games; however, the Advance Ticket Window will be unable to assist you with voucher redemptions.

    Each game voucher may be redeemed for one ticket of equal or lesser value to the seating category selected in your ticket plan. Vouchers cannot be upgraded to a higher-priced seating category. Please redeem these vouchers as early as possible as they are subject to availability and expiration dates.

  • Please note the expiration date on each voucher, as A-Vouchers are not valid for games played after March 9, 2013.
  • Redemption on game day ceases four hours prior to faceoff.
  • Vouchers will not be included with prorated ticket plans.

Season tickets in the 99.9 FM Fan Zone are sold out; therefore, with no equal or lesser-value tickets remaining, the voucher and ticket exchange programs will not be open to STHs in this seating category.
