Ticket Voucher Program

Back by popular demand this season, the Carolina Hurricanes have continued the ticket voucher program to provide plan holders with the opportunity to attend additional home games, or to bring more friends to the games in their selected plan at no additional cost. 

Your level of plan commitment and the number of seats you have purchased determines the number of additional game vouchers included with your tickets: 

• 4 game vouchers for each Full Season seat ordered*
• 3 game vouchers for each 26-Game Plan seat ordered*
• 2 game vouchers for each 12-Game Plan seat ordered*

To redeem these vouchers:

1. Return the completed voucher via mail or drop it off in person at the RBC Center Time Warner Cable Box Office windows.

   The Carolina Hurricanes are not responsible for vouchers lost through the mail.
   
   Redemption in person at the RBC Center's Time Warner Cable Box Office:
   Open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

   Redemption on game day ceases 4 hours prior to face off.
   Game vouchers must be redeemed at least 48 hours in advance of the game for which it is being redeemed.
    
2. Prior to redemption, please list your regular season home game selections in order of preference on the reverse side of each game voucher.  If your original date choice is not available and you do not list alternate choices, we will fill your order with the next game date available.  Any vouchers received by mail within one week of the first selected game date will be left at will call under the primary account holder’s name.  All other requests for game tickets will be returned to the account holder via regular mail to the address on file.

Each game voucher may be redeemed for one ticket of equal or lesser value than the seating category selected in your season plan.  Please redeem these vouchers as early as possible as they are subject to availability and expiration dates!

• Please note the expiration date on each pass, as some passes are not valid for home games played after January 1, 2010.
• Game vouchers must be redeemed at least 48 hours in advance of the game for which it is being redeemed.
• Redemption on game day ceases 4 hours prior to face off.
• Ticket plans must be purchased by September 30, 2009 to take advantage of voucher offer.
