| Ticket Exchange Program Postgame Exchanges All unused plan tickets must be presented at the RBC Center Time Warner Cable Box Office windows and redeemed for one of the below predetermined games within two (2) calendar months from the month of the original game date. Unused plan tickets may be exchanged for any of the designated exchange games falling within the two month calendar window, however, any unused tickets that have not been exchanged within the specified time frame will lose the ability to be exchanged
Pregame Date Exchange If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to attend any one of the games in your plan, simply return your tickets back to the RBC Center Time Warner Cable Box Office and exchange them for any of the below listed games. Ticket exchanges done in advance of the originally scheduled game date will not be subject to the two month restriction window and can be exchanged for any of the 12 exchange games. Pre-game date exchanges will be offered up to 48 hours prior to face off of the game being exchanged.
All exchanges are subject to availability and will be exchanged for equal or lesser valued tickets only. Single game ticket purchases and prepaid parking passes are not eligible for exchange at any time. All exchanges are final and once a ticket has been exchanged it is not eligible to be exchanged additional times. Only original game tickets are valid for exchange. Forwarded tickets will not be exchanged under any circumstances. We request that no pre-game date ticket exchanges be done on the same day as a scheduled Hurricanes home game after the four (4) hour mark before face off (example: For a 7:00 p.m. face off, no exchanges will be done after 3:00 p.m.). |
