Community Relations

The Community Relations Department strives to connect the Carolina Hurricanes with the surrounding community. Through numerous community and fundraising events, the Carolina Hurricanes are dedicated to improving the lives of area children and their families. Our commitment to the community is evident through the active participation of players, their families, coaches and our staff in the community.

Through the Kids 'N Community Foundation, the Hurricanes raise money to support educational and children's programs in the region. Each year the team gives back at least $1 million in cash and in-kind contributions to charitable and educational programs throughout the state. The Carolina Hurricanes expand their community involvement by donating tickets and signed memorabilia to help other organizations raise money for their own cause. The Hurricanes are proud to be an active member of our community.
