St. Baldrick's Night In an effort to help raise awareness for childhood cancer, the Carolina Hurricanes will host their annual St. Baldrick's Night at PNC Arena on March 19.The first 200 fans willing to shave their heads in solidarity prior to the game on the arena's South patio will each receive two (2) tickets to the game against the Florida Panthers and have their picture taken with the Eye Care Associates Storm Squad. Fans should pre-register to do so by clicking here. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. and running until 6:45 p.m., Ron the Ref and Mike Maniscalco from 99.9 The Fan ESPN Radio will emcee as a team of stylists from SportClips shave heads on PNC Arena's South Plaza. During one intermission of the game, Hurricanes Television Analyst Tripp Tracy will have his head shaved at ice level to show support for the endeavor. John Forslund will emcee the event, and it will be shown live on FSCarolinas. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation raises awareness and funds to cure children’s cancer by supporting cancer research and fellowships.
