What are the top three things on your bucket list? 1) Travel to Egypt - the riots over there started the Wednesday before I was supposed to leave to go on vacation there. 2) Go on the Virgin Galactic spaceflight. 3) Have an enormous shoe closet. Where is your favorite hangout in Raleigh? RBC Center to watch the Hurricanes, and Carter Finley to watch NC State Football. If you could have been born in another country, what country would you have liked to have grown up in? Italy! I could eat gelato and pasta all day long! What is your favorite app on your phone or iPod? Words with Friends - I love it when I get a lot of points for little tiny words. If you could be any animal, what would you want to be and why? Dinosaur - more specifically, a T-Rex. Who was your favorite musical artist when you were in the 5th grade? Backstreet Boys, DUH! Who else was there? When did you go to your first NHL hockey game? It was a really long time ago - I do not remember exactly when - but it was on some sort of “retro” night and I caught this enormous XXL green tie die Canes shirt. Which celebrity do people most often say you resemble? In high school, people told me I looked like Kelly Clarkson. I never saw the resemblance, though. What is your dream job, other than being a member of the Storm Squad? Astronaut What is the strangest thing in your refrigerator right now? Cocktail weenies for pigs in a blanket. In your opinion, what is the best kept secret in Raleigh? Café Luna has this dinner dish to die for called Fiocchi. It is pear and cheese stuffed pasta with this creamy sauce. It is AMAZING. What is your favorite quote? “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light” – Albus Dumbledore Would you rather be a princess or a rock star? Look, I can’t sing so becoming a rock star is out of the question. I guess a princess because that is more realistic. Where is your favorite place to shop? Ralph Lauren. I love that pony. What is the most memorable sporting event that you’ve attended? All-Star Weekend in Raleigh last year was pretty amazing. What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you as a member of the Storm Squad? I am guilty of slinging a shirt into the opposing teams bench. I got a round of applause after that one. What is your favorite flavor of cupcake? Red velvet with cream cheese icing. Oh, I want one right now! What is your least favorite movie? The Happening - WORST MOVIE EVER. If you could be anyone in the World’s personal assistant for a day, who would it be? Princess Katherine. I am sure she needs some assistance organizing all of her jewelry, shoes and clothes while maintaining her royal social life. Do you prefer Jersey Shore at the actual Jersey Shore, in Miami, or in Italy best? Jersey Shore - the original is always the best. |
