Missed majority of 2008-09 due to off-season arthroscopic knee surgery and follow-up cartilage surgery, October 27, 2008. Traded to Carolina by Florida for Sergei Samsonov, February 28, 2011. Signed as a free agent by Anaheim, July 1, 2012.
