Completed his second NHL season with Carolina... Established his NHL career high with 28 games played... Led current Carolina skaters in major penalties with five... The Hurricanes were 18-5-5 this season with Conboy in the lineup, and 31-9-7 all-time in games with Conboy in the lineup... Had six points (1g, 5a) and 127 penalty minutes in 39 games played for Albany prior to his final recall on 2/19, serving as the River Rats’ team captain... Registered three hits vs. BUF (4/9)... 2002-03: Posted 15 points (3g, 12a) in 31 games during his freshman season at St. Cloud State, helping the team earn an NCAA bid... Was tied for second among team defensemen in scoring (15 points) and second among blueliners in assists (12)... Scored team season-high three points in a single period (3rd), also a team season-high for defenseman points in a game vs. North Dakota (11/8).

2003-04: Set collegiate career highs for games played, goals (5) and penalty minutes (82)... Ranked first among St. Cloud skaters in penalties (37) and penalty minutes (82), and was second among Husky defensemen in goals (5)... Made his professional debut with Cleveland (AHL) during the Calder Cup Playoffs, posting three assists... Earned an assist in his professional playoff debut vs. Hamilton (4/29)... Was tied for first among Cleveland skaters in playoff power-play assists (3).

2004-05: Completed his first full professional season with Cleveland (AHL)... Led the Barons with a (+3) rating during the month of November... Scored his first professional goal vs. San Antonio (12/17)... Also earned an assist in the game for his first professional multi-point effort... Notched a goal and an assist at Utah (1/22)... Led Cleveland in penalty minutes (39) during the month of January... Scored a goal while playing forward on April 13.

2005-06: Posted AHL career highs in games played (78), goals (6), assists (14) and points (20) for Cleveland... Ranked third among Barons defensemen in goals (6) and fourth in points (20)...Was third on the team in penalty minutes (124).

2006-07: Spent the entire season with Albany, totaling three goals and seven assists (10 points) in 75 games for the River Rats... Ranked third among Albany skaters in penalty minutes (163).

Split the season between Carolina and Albany, spending the final eight weeks of the NHL season with the Hurricanes before being reassigned to Albany on 4/9 to join the River Rats for the end of the regular season and the playoffs... Played in 19 games during his first NHL season, earning five assists and totaling 60 penalty minutes... Had four points (2g, 2a) in 52 regular-season games with Albany, and led the River Rats with 191 penalty minutes... Was named the Albany River Rats’ “Man of the Year” for his outstanding contributions and community work in the Albany area... As Albany’s recipient of the 2007-08 award, Conboy was also one of 29 finalists for the American Hockey League’s 2007-08 Yanick Dupre Memorial Award... Assisted on Joe Jensen’s first NHL goal at ATL (3/19)... Was assessed 20 minutes in penalties following an altercation with Patrick Kaleta and Adam Mair at BUF (3/14)... Had his first NHL multi-point game with a pair of assists vs. WSH (2/23)... Sparred with Arron Asham at NJ (2/18)...
