Named the OHL Goaltender of the Year and to the OHL First All-Star Team after going 26-27-7 with a 2.88 goals-against average and .925 save percentage in 61 games for Plymouth… Was the first netminder in Whalers franchise history to claim Goaltender of the Year honors and just the third American-born goalie to win the award… Made 2,042 saves for the season, facing the second-most shots in the OHL (2,207)… Stopped 42 of 44 shots in a win at Kingston (9/29)… Made 44 saves on 45 shots in a 2-1 win at Windsor (11/24)… Won four consecutive games from 12/20-1/4, including a 44 save effort vs. London (12/29)… Made an OHL career-high 58 saves on 60 shots in Plymouth’s win vs. Saginaw (1/20)… Was 7-2-2 with a 2.06 goals-against average and .949 save percentage in February… Earned his only shutout of the season with 26 saves vs. Windsor (3/1)… Stopped an average of 38 shots per game during Plymouth’s first-round series against Guelph, including a 52-save performance in the club’s only win of the postseason.
